clementine’s p+p is located in gretna ne on a family farm still operating on the original homestead.  we are a husband and wife team specializing in edible containers, growing systems, consultations, veggie production, and home garden prep.  we also blog, stage cooking clinics, give back to our community, and raise our son, hendrix.  we believe growing food is fun, eating it is better, and it all can be done beautifully and with ease. 

mike is the brains and the brawns behind the containers and growing systems.  he is also the one who shows up to compost and till when you schedule a garden prep session with clementine’s p+p.  mike grew up with a mother & grandmother who gardened over an acre of land every year. it is his family who homesteaded the plot of land the farm is run out of and where he and anna raise their son.  farming, gardening, and true self reliance are in his blood. his experience as a tech for one the region’s most successful agriculture supply companies gives him knowledge unparallel to anyone else. mike believes that gardening is and should be fun.  clementine’s containers and systems allow it to be just that…easy and fun.  mike’s containers aid our customers in growing food in an easy, fun,  manageable and productive way.  

anna blogs here regularly sharing recipes, gardening tips, stories of life on the farm, and any information that she deems cool at the time.  every season she chooses what will be grown in the vegetable gardens, as well as, scheduling tilling and composting for our clients.  in addition, she helps folks set up their edible gardens…everything from choosing what to grow to raised bed building to hands on tutorials.  cooking clinics are held at the heart ministry center, as well.  anna works with the women of the pathway program to begin planning their weekly menus, cook from scratch, shop within a budget, and eat more whole foods. similar classes are available for clementine’s p+p clients.  in home demonstrations {cooking clinics} are available for small groups of 4 or more; contact us at clementinespandp@gmail.com for more information. anna is an award winning home cook with a over decade of experience in some of omaha’s finest establishments. anna’s design background, gardening knowledge, and cooking abilities allow clementine’s to provide a beautiful, meaningful, and bountiful experience to their clients.

hendrix provides insight.  no. no, he doesn’t.  he does provide hours of entertainment and our clients think he is adorable. hendrix also orders mike around on the tiller.
